Kathmandu: Kathmandu is capital city of Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal. It is one of the famous- ancient civilization and largest Himalays cities of Asia. Geographical, the city stands at an elevation of approximately 1,400 metres (4,600 feet) above sea level in the bowl-shaped Kathmandu Valley of central Nepal. The valley is historically termed as "Nepal Proper" and has been the home of Newar culture, a cosmopolitan city in the Himalayan foothills. There is still co-existing cultural practice of Hindus and Buddhists in Kathmandu. The population of Kathmandu valley is around 5 million. There are 7 heritage sites which are included by UNESCO in world Heritage site such as Pashupatinath temple, Bauddhanth stupa, Shwambhunath, Patandubar Square, Bhakatpur Durbar square, kathamndu Durabr square and Changunarayan. |

Pokhara : Pokhara is naturally beautiful & second largest city of Nepal. Geographical, the city stands at an elevation of approximately 900 metres above sea level .The Valley lie in Himalayan foothills of west-central Nepal. It is 200 km far from Kathmandu. The city has a Humid Subtropical Climate. The valley is approximately divided into four to six parts by the rivers Seti, Bijayapur, Bagadi, Phusre and Hemja. Pokhara is the home to numerous lakes, caves, temple, mountain peaks and is a modern yet welcoming city. It is also known as city of lakes including Fewa Lake, Begnas Lake, Rupa Lake, Gude Lake, Neurani Lake and Maidi Lake among many others. The Annapurna Range with three of the first ten highest mountains in the world. For the Mountain Lovers Pokhara offers the magnificient views of Mt Fish Tail locally named “ Machhapuchre “ 5 peaks of Mt Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Himanchuli and other peaks. Pokhara Valley is such a place in the World to provide such a dramatic views in the subtropical setting and its colorful bazaars.

Pashupati Nath Temple (UNESCO World Heritage Site): पशुपतिनाथ मन्दिर:- Pashupati Nath Temple, situated 5 km east of Kathmandu, the temple of Lord Shiva is considered one of the most sacred Hindu shrines in the world. Also it is one of the biggest and famous Hindu Lord Shiva's Temple in the world. So every year thousands of Hindu pilgrimage & Tourist visit in the Temple. The two-tiered pagoda with golden roofs and 4 silver doors houses the sacred linga, or phallic symbol, of Lord Shiva. Chronicles indicate the temple existed before 400 A.D. It is listed under the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. |

Guheswari or Guhyeshwari Temple गुह्येश्वरी मन्दिर):- It also spelled Guheswari or Guhjeshwari, is one of the revered holy temples in Kathmandu, Nepal. This temple is dedicated to Adi Shakti. The temple is a Shakti Peetham near the Pashupatinath Temple on the banks of the Bagmati River, where, according to mythology, a portion of Sati Devi, Lord Shiva’s consort, fell when a grief-stricken Shiva wandered aimlessly across the earth carrying her dead body on his shoulders following her self-immolation.

Budhanilkantha( Jal Narayan ) बुढानिलकन्ठ:- The largest of Vishnu’s stone statues, (Budhanilkantha)Jal Narayan lies at the foothills of the Shivapuri hills, 8 km north of the Kathmandu city center. The large granite figure of Lord Vishnu, reclining on a bed of serpents known as ‘Nagas’, seems to float in a pond. This shrine dates back to the 5th century. |

Bhaktapur Durbar Square ( भक्तपुर ) (UNESCO World Heritage Site):- The Bhaktapur Durbar Square is listed under the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. It is located in the current town of Bhaktapur, also known as Bhadgoan, which lies 13 km east of Kathmandu. While the complex consists of at least four distinct squares (Durbar Square, Taumadhi Square, Dattatreya Square and Pottery Square), the whole area is informally known as the Bhakapur Durbar Square and is a highly visited site in the Kathmandu Valley. Major attractions of Bhaktapur Durbar Square are 55 window palace, Golden Gate, Lion's Gate,Mini Pashupati ,Batsala Temple & Statue of Bhupatindra Malla. |

Patan Durbar Square ( पाटन ) (UNESCO World Heritage Site):- The Patan Durbar Square is situated at the heart of the Lalitpur city, it consists the focus of visitors' attraction. It is listed under the UNESCO World Heritage Sites .The Square is full of ancient palaces, temples and shrines, noted for their exquisite carvings & marvel of Newa (a kind of ethnic communities) architecture. The Krishna temple was built in 1637 by King Siddhinarasimh Malla which is the most important temple in Patan Durbar Square of Shikhara style. There are 21 golden pinnacles in the Krishna temple. Below the pinnacles there are 3 storied. The first floor holds the main shrine of Lord Krishna with shrines of Radha and Rukamini at each side. The second floor is dedicated to Lord Shiva and the third to Lokeshwor(Lord Buddha) Major attractions are Krishna Temple, Vishwanath Temple, Taleju Bhawani Temple, Patan museum,Golden Temple , Kumbheshwor Mahadev, Bangalamukhi temple and Chowk & court- yards are Central Mul Chowk, Sundari Chowk and Keshav Narayan Chowk.

Manakamana Temple (मनकामना):- The Manakamana Temple situated in the Gorkha district of Nepal is the sacred place of the Hindu Goddess Bhagwati, an incarnation of Goddess Parvati. The name Manakamana originates from two words, “mana” meaning heart and “kamana” meaning wish. Venerated since the 17th century, it is believed that Goddess Manakamana grants the wishes of all those who make the make the pilgrimage to her shrine to worship her. The Manakamana temple lies 12 km south of the town Gorkha. The temple is located on a distinguished ridge 4,272 ft above sea level and it takes to reach 15 Minute by cable car- ropeway ride up to Hill. |

Chitwan National Park (चितवन):- The Chitwan National Park is Asia’s best preserved conservation area, where wildlife thrives and their habitats remain intact. It is listed under World Heritage site since 1984.It is home for some endangered species such as The Royal Bengal Tiger, One horned Rhinoceros, and Leopard, Gaurs as well as Sloth Bear, Monkeys and varieties of Deer etc. It is a truly wildlife adventure of a different kind such as Elephant Safari, visit elephant breeding centre Jungle walk& Boating ride on the Rapti River to observe crocodiles & Tharu cultural show, at Chitwan.

Muktinath (मुक्तिनाथ ) Muktinath is a sacred place both for Hindus and Buddhists located in Muktinath Valley (behind of the Great Himalayan) at an altitude of 3,800 meters, on the way Annapurna Trekking route, Mustang, Nepal. Mukti Kshetra (51 shakti pitham )which literally means the "place of liberation or moksha" or where the temple of Muktinath is situated, is mentioned in the Hindu Scriptures such as the Ramayana, Barah Purana and Skanda Purana. There are 108 sacred water spouts (springs) where pilgrims take a ritual bath. Nearby is a temple called Jwala Mai considered sacred and worshipped by both Hindus and Buddhists. An eternal blue flame keeps burning in the temple. Every year thousand of Hindus devotes comes to this Temple from around the world. This Temple is one of the famous holy places for Hindus & Buddhists, so every year thousand of tourist visits this Temple. In this temple there is mix culture of Hindu God & Buddhists priest (Jhum- buddhists lady monk Aani ). Jhuma ( Priest) of this Temple is not allowed to marry. The place partly owes its fame to the fossil stones, called Shaligram - considered holy by Hindus - found along the Kali Gandaki River. The fossil stones are said to represent Lord Vishnu in stone form. The temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu is simple in architecture and built in pagoda style. It is believed to have been constructed at the beginning of the 19th century. As the idol of Vishnu is considered to date from the 16th century.Many Hindu pilgrims from Nepal and India visit the site to worship Lord Vishnu . Buddhists call it Chumig Gyatsa, which in Tibetan means 'Hundred Waters'. Although the temple has a Vaishnava origin, it is also revered in Buddhism.
