By booking a tour with Namaste Holidays, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Namaste Holidays, a leading travel agency specializing in Kailash Mansarovar tours, trekking in Nepal, and pilgrimage journeys, offers a wide range of services including tours, trekking packages, permits, visas, and other travel-related services. 2. Booking and Payment

Booking Process

  1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings should be made through our official website or by contacting our customer service. Once your booking request is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your itinerary and any other necessary information.

  2. Advance Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance payment must be paid [Insert number] days before the tour departure date.

  3. Full Payment: If a booking is made within 30 days of the tour departure, full payment must be made at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

    • Any additional services not mentioned in the itinerary

4. Traveler Responsibilities

  4. Behavior: Travelers must adhere to local laws and respect the culture and traditions of the places visited. We reserve the right to remove any traveler from the tour if their behavior is disruptive or disrespectful to others.

  5. Liability Waiver: By booking a tour, travelers acknowledge that trekking, pilgrimage, and other outdoor activities carry inherent risks. Namaste Holidays will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from accidents, illnesses, or natural disasters during the tour.

5. Changes to Itinerary

  1. Changes by the Customer: Any changes to the confirmed itinerary, such as altering travel dates, adding destinations, or modifying tour activities, must be communicated to Namaste Holidays at least [Insert number] days before departure. Additional charges may apply based on availability.

  2. Changes by Namaste Holidays: While we strive to maintain the original itinerary, unforeseen circumstances may force us to modify or cancel parts of the tour.
